INTRODUCTION

With the popularity of BTT Pi screen, there has been a request to support the biggest model the Pi TFT70. 

THE DESIGN

The screen mount was designed to be in line with other BTT Pi TFT mounts. For the Pi TFT70 screen, it required a mount to the frame to be created to accommodate the angle at which it needs sit at and of course sturdier support.

BOM

It is recommended that you print this mount in either ABS or ASA as it needs to be strong to ensure there is no flex when pressing on the screen.

Additional parts necessary are: -

1. Connect up the ribbon cable from the Raspberry Pi to the Pi TFT70 screen. You may need to purchase a longer ribbon cable depending on how far away from the screen the Pi is mounted.
2. 4 x M2.5x4 screws that comes with the BTT Pi TFT70 screen to be screwed in from behind the screen holder into the Pi TFT70 outer mount holes
3. 2 x M3x8 SHCS screws to mount the brackets (left and right) to the frame in place of the center grill.
4. Slide the screen onto the brackets.
5. ENJOY!
