Used Sketchup, extruding a merger of a three heart pattern and scaling it to a different width and rotating the top at a 30 degree angle. Nothing really fancy. I'm printing one now (nothing like the last minute) for Mother's Day, and at 100% infill this is approximately 14.5 hours at 0.2mm resolution according to my slicer.

****UPDATE MAY 15 - Uploaded newer version with thicker walls and scaled to dimensions that should print without any need for reduction. Hopefully the newer version will be more watertight, for those planning to use it to hold any liquid - thanks also for the likes/downloads, and I would recommend uploading the newer version before wasting 14.5 hours and a bunch of filament :)
