A basic screwdriver mount for IKEA Skådis designed to be mounted with T-Nuts.

The top face is slightly angled (5°) to make it a wee bit easier to grab the screwdrivers, but this has the side effect of limiting the length of the screw driver shaft. I didn't measure exactly but I'm guesstimating a maximum shaft length of 17-20cm (~6.7 - 7.9").

When choosing which mount to print measure the shaft of your screwdriver and make sure it's smaller than the specified hole diameter. Make sure to measure at the thickest part, especially important for flat head screwdrivers which are usually quite wide. 

Also measure the handle and consider that the hole spacing should be slightly wider than the width of the screwdrivers if two drivers with equally wide handles will sit next to each other.

The first variant (A) is slightly different from the others, specifically the mounting holes are located at a different heights which means that the shelfs won't be aligned when placing an A mount and a B mount next to each other. The rest of the mounts doesn't have that problem. The A mount is also 20mm deeper than the other mounts (50mm as opposed to 30mm).

The 80mm mounts will sit flush against each other when mounted side by side (see pictures for example).

Print settings

This is real easy to print and should work on any machine. I used 15% infill but your milage may vary. I printed with the top face against the bed.

No supports are needed. I printed this on a Prusa Mini with the 0.2mm Quality profile.

What you need:

M2.5 T-Nuts, M2.5 nuts and M2.5x12mm screws.

The screw holes are counterbored to fit a M2.5 socket cap head screw with a head diameter of ~4.5mm and a height of 2.5mm.

For easier alignment you can also use the alignment guides from the T-Nuts project (optional).
