How I Designed This
40x40mm Peltier element
The aim was to use a maximal 60W Peltier element cooling.
With a thermal paste on both Al2O3 substrates the element is pressed by springs on both sides.
Openings for the peltier wires are included in the flexible seal.
The springs will balance the peltier element inside the seal.
