Case for wireless build of Ferris Sweep Half Swept that lets you snaps the halves together and drop it in your pocket. It consists of the bottom case, middle plate and a controller cover. Controller cover is placed higher to leave space for a battery under the controller. Feet are moved outside of the main perimeter to make the keyboard more stable. There are 2 holes per each “foot”, so that you can clip the sides together without a gap in between. Only the power switch is accessible (no reset buttom). Controller cover is held with fiction and hence has very low tolerances, which means you most likely would need to adjust it if you don't use AliExpress SuperMini NRF52840 controller. The PCB and bottom case has 0.2mm gap and held by screws. I started with 0mm gap, but in that case bottom case expands (bends) and this creates a gap when you put both cases back to back.

Important: this case might not suit other versions of the sweep since different sweep versions may have different edge cuts.

BOM

For the full build you'll need the following items

• M2*3*3.5 x8 threaded inserts
• M2*8 x6 and M2*6 x2 screws (longer screws in place where the switches are too close)
• 6mm*2mm x24 magnets (you can put as many you would like, adjusting the strength and total weight, in my case 4 on each side is already strong enough)
• 8mm bumpons x10

• Import note: the thinnest wall is 0.4mm (controller cover under the USB-C port) which might not be possible to print on all printers. On prusa mk3s+ it worked.
