Spins around in the wind. There is a hole to put in a hook or eye screw. One version has another hole on bottom if you want to hang something else from it. I got the color changing effect by using 3 color co-extrusion filament.  You can stretch the vertical axis in your slicer to make it as long as your machine can print.
