Got tired of fishing out plastic, dusk, and who knows what else in the open slots of my V-Slot. This is an attempt to solve the problem. While not as seamless as the product offered in the OpenBuilds part store - it does have some advantages.

1. you can customize the length without any waste.
2. you can customize the color

*** Mark 3 has some improvements that will allow these to be slightly inset to the surrounding V-Slot face.

Use only with flexible material - I used NinjaFlex and MakerGeek's MakerFlex. I don't recommend you go over 30% infill on this - otherwise you'll having to hammer in the printed parts. The tolerances are tight - so make sure your printer is well tuned. The default length is 20mm, however, you can clearly adjust it with your slicer easily enough.

I printed mine with the widest portion on the bed - effectively upside down from how it will be inserted into the slot.
