Mainly some chamfers and recesses added and a slightly broader front to perfectly fit a Firststrike T15 barrel.

UPDATE 2021-07-13:
Since the plug component tends to sheer off between the layers eventually, a different approach was taken: A hollow version where a pin with perpendicular layer orientation is to be inserted.

You need to print the "core" pin separately, fill the hollow portion of the plug with some glue (preferably some polymer based type that stays flexible) and insert the pin all the way in.

This should take most of the strain from the layers of the barrel plug and prevent it to sheer of violently.

Don't forget: This plug is to be used with an appropriate bungee cord for retention in order to keep it in place!
Test retention capabilities of your cord with some shots with the plug attached to the barrel. If plug does not fall back into position, do not use the plug until you find a better cord!
