This 3D model appears as different letters when viewed from different angles. From one angle it is perceived as an H, from another as an M, from another as an W, and from another as a T. From other angles, it appears as a meaningless and strange shape. Each perspective is valid, but none of them alone represents the whole object.

We can understand the truth only by looking from multiple perspectives. The mistake is not perception itself, but assuming that a single perspective is the truth.

This design was inspired by exhibits from the Exploratorium’s Perception & Thinking gallery at Kocaeli Science Center.

Bu 3D model, farklı açılardan bakıldığında farklı harfler olarak görülür. Bir açıdan H, başka bir açıdan M, bir açıdan W, bir diğer açıdan ise T olarak algılanır. Başka açılardan bakıldığında ise anlamsız ve garip bir şekil olarak görünür. Her bakış açısı doğrudur; ancak hiçbiri tek başına nesnenin tamamını temsil etmez.

Gerçeği ancak birden fazla açıdan bakarak anlayabiliriz. Hata, algının kendisi değil, tek bir perspektifin gerçeğin kendisi olduğunu varsaymaktır.
