Fits standard syringes (18.5 mm Ø)

Added a Barrel Nut, Knob, and End Ball to fit M6 or 1/4 inch machine screw.

Materials
1 - M6x100mm machine screw w/ nut - I used a 4 inch 1/4-20 because it was the first screw of appropriate length and approximate diameter that I found in the drawer of misfit hardware.

1 - M3x15mm machine screw w/ nut
