Simple mobile/pocket enclosure for a Heltec T114 board with an 18650 battery. Most models place the battery behind the board, resulting in a bulky enclosure. This is about as compact as possible. Assembles with eight M3 heatset inserts and screws. There is accommodation for a bulkhead SMA connector, but could also be modified to use an internal antenna.

This is functional as is, but could use a few tweaks. The M3 holes in the end plates could be slightly larger t allow for some tolerance. They could also be made thicker to help hide the SHCS heads. I plan to revise it with some sort of texture/features, purely for aesthetics.

Dimensions are quite tight, so you should have a well calibrated printer for everything to fit correctly. I set my print profile up using a Califlower, and am able to assemble and everything fits, but it is snug (by design).

No supports needed, just place everything on the bed and let it print. I use a 0.16 layer height, but 0.24 would also work just fine.

I've prototyped this with PLA, and it works fine, but for ones in daily use I've been using PETG-CF, which is rugged, and has a nice matte surface finish. You want a filament with a bit of flex for the buttons to work.
