A mount for the H2 V2S Lite on the Ender 3. Includes a fanduct and mount for the BL Touch.

Designed using OnShape, Thumbnail render done in Blender. I have included .stl and .step files. Feel free to remix and modify.

I use a BL Touch z-offset value of 2.90mm so that is a good starting point and I would highly recommend further calibration.

Get all the parts printed and ready for assembly, all parts used are shown below.

Please note all parts are either from the origional ender 3 printer and are reused or come with parts such as the H2 extruder and BL touch. The only exception are the 4 M3 standard SSD screws however these are not required and only give a little extra support in sections.

You will need to change your extruder offset settings in the printer settings.

My recommed BL Touch z-offset is -2.90mm but further calibration is recommended.

Connect 2 of the M5 screws to the "Spacer and Bolt holder".

Connect this to the "Main Mount".

Add in and line up the H2 V2S lite extruder as the images show below.

Optional (atcually probably dont) - Add 2 SSD screws to be back and 2 of the M3 bolts that came with the extruder in the top 2 holes.

Add a M3 SSD screw to the bottom of the main mount. Add another M3 SSD screw to the bottom hole but not the whole way in, leave a gap as part of the fan duct will go under it.

Connect the metal plate from the ender 3 to the Main Mount.

Attatch 2 of the spacers, rollers and bolts to the assembly but do not tighten yet.

Connect the final roller to the bottom as shown below and tighten fully.

Attatch the carriage to the ender 3s v-slot. This may require removing the top rollers and putting them back on at the right angle.

Tighten the top rollers but do not overtighten as they are being held in by a 3D printed part and if broken it will be incredibly difficult to take apart again.

Rotate the large bolt spacer on the bottom roller untill the cariage has a tight fit to the v-slot while still being able to move around smoothly and relatively easily.

Get the parts shown below for the BL Tocuh assembly.

Line up the screws, springs, BL Touch and BL Touch mount.

Insert the washers and bolts and tighten.

Attatch the BL Touch assembly to the fan duct.

Connect this to the H2 V2s Lite using 2 of the included M3 bolts.

Finally Add the fan and screw in using M3 screws.

Connect all your cables and here is what the final assembly should look like.
