Hey its just an open gpu case for an external gpu.
I used melting screw inlets to fix the pcie to nvme adapter.

You need to reconfigure the inlets to your pcie to XXX adapter to your needs and if you want to have a nice case feel free to create one and remix it here :)

I used PETG because of thermals and stuff.
You need to use supports everywhere and if you go for petg you need a case in that case, else the supports wont stick. But under normal condition many things are easily bridgeable by your printer.
