I took Fotis Mint’s Nazgûl model and resized it, cut out the sword and a cylinder down into it to hold a pen. I have that model uploaded as well. Then I took the one ring and sized it up. Added a floor and dropped in the Nazgûl figures. 
 

I printed at 0.28mm layers with 15% infill. I used tree supports to hold up the Nazgûl‘s hoods.
