Mechanical counter run with 1 stepper motor. Fun way to display live statistics of your choosing. Built specifically for our business to track daily rides, but can display anything that can send you a current number through an API. Facebook likes, twitter followers, etc. It is also modular, so you can add as many additional cylinders as you might need.

Hardware needed:

5mm wood screws
6mm steel rod (length depends on number of cylinders)
nema 23 stepper motor
node MCU
stepper motor driver
12v power supply
step down converter (to power node MCU)

In my model, i used wood for the frame and sides, but you can also print it. Frame not included in design files.
