Two strong pieces that connect through a heavy duty sliding joint.

No Glue needed!

Print and connect with;
Standard 17 Zip Ties, Sizes; 4.6mm to 5mm width would fit perfect.
5 Zippies connect the two parts together and 12 more connect the Mudguard to the frame.
For the Large size there is extra 3 - 2mm zip ties needed.

I printed this with Prusament PETG, If you can print with something stronger without warping than do that, the stronger (ASA etc...) the better, even though PETG works fine.
Please have a look at the pictures to see how I placed the parts on the build plate, of course every printer is different so bare that in mind.
Min Build plate size; 210/250/210(Prusa mk3s size)
Recommended; 100% infill, Brim 15mm Min for Bottom part.
0.4 or 0.6mm Nozzle, 0.15 or .20 Layer Height, 4-6 Perimeters.
