This is a pillbox (round) style index for your imported 10pc metric reamer set. The cap is labeled with the contents, so you won't need to open it years from now to see what is inside. There are a number of alternatives around, but I didn't find anything with the secure lid I wanted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The “lid” .STL is undersized by 1mm. When slicing, scale the X and Y dimensions of the lid to 60x60mm to create thread clearance. Do not scale the Z dimension, as this would alter the thread pitch. This is my trick for getting enough thread clearance on 3D prints while still using Fusion-360s built-in thread series. The thread on the parts is TR 52x3mm (metric trapezoidal profile) if you want to re-spin for different tools, BTW. By under-sizing the lid's OD, the ID grows when the OD is scaled to match the body part.
Reamers are very handy tools for 3D printing, because it is difficult to print hole diameters to any significant precision. The subject set of reamers sells online for ca. $20, and while they may not be suitable tools for a tool and die shop, they are all you could wish for when cleaning up functional 3D prints.
They are supplied in heat-sealed plastic bag, pretty useless once you cut it open, and it is not good to allow the cutting flutes to touch each other anyway. This index stores the reamers safely, and allows enough finger room to pluck out the desired tool without having to turn the index over to dump it out. An index also makes it easy to see when you haven't put all your tools away at the end of a job…much easier to find it now than months later when you need it for the next job.
About the hole sizing:
My intent was to make the holes for the reamers just small enough that the next bigger reamer won't fit, so they are all dimensioned to nominal+0.9mm. The shank on a couple of my reamers (the 3 and the 7mm in particular) were somewhat larger than the flutes, so my first iteration had some issues. If some of your reamers won't quite fit, you can open up the holes with a drill bit, but be careful not to drill through the bottom of the hole!
