Summary
This is a folding storage box. I use them to store DnD and war-gaming miniatures printed to 28mm-32mm scale, but they could be handy for storing all sorts of small things. There are 48 smaller storage spots in the upper trays, and an additional 12 larger cubicles on the base tray for miniatures with long weapons, tails, wings or outstretched arms. The box measures 8"x6"x5" when fully assembled, and although it goes right to the margins, I had no trouble printing it on my Anycubic Mega I3s. It takes most of a spool, and about a week of print time.
At present, it has no fastener for the lid. I just use a rubber band when going anywhere, but feel free to remix this design with one if you wish.
I imagine you could add an additional layer of trays using more straps, adding 24 more spaces, but three layers of trays would be the most I would try.
On the other hand, you can also simply print one upper tray and a lid for a small, stick-in-your-backpack box for a weeknight gaming session.

Use no supports. This will go right to the edge of a standard 210mm build plate. No rafts or brims are necessary. Because of the large area and thin materials, be sure to use some sort of adhesive like hairspray or glue stick, or the corners will lift from the build plate. A heated bed is probably also required.
I have used PLA and PLA+ for the main parts of the box with equal success, but I highly recommend using a tough filament like PETG or ABS for the side straps. PLA straps tend to break pretty easily.

Construction
I used socket head #4-40 x 3/8" screws (use the dome headed ones if you can find them) and #4-40 nyloc nuts to assemble. The lock nuts are essential. Because you can not fully tighten the fasteners, standard nuts will loosen and fall off with use. The nylocs allow a little play in the joint, but will not come off the bolt.
-First clean the strap holes out with a drill, they are small, and often close up a little during the print process.
-Use an Allen hex key to manipulate the screws into place from the INSIDE, attach the straps on the outside, and tighten the nyloc nuts from the outside using a small socket wrench. Make sure not to over-tighten, or the parts could crack or wear thin. **NOTE: The exception to this are the middle bolts on the upper trays. There you should insert the bolts from the OUTSIDE, and place the nyloc nuts into the notches cut in the center flange. Use a pair of pliers to hold the nut steady while you tighten the bolt.
-Assembly takes awhile. My last box took about an hour to assemble.
