Recommend printing with a lithophane optimized printing profile. Grab the one I use here. This profile is for the i3 MK3/MK3S/MK3S+.

I also recommend printing it along the Y-Axis. So first rotate the model in the slicer 90 degrees along the X-Axis. Then rotate it 90 degrees along the Z-Axis.
