Tighten a rope without knots.  Fixed on a wall with four screws. Designed for a rope diameter of 5mm. 

Use this Onshape design to modify.  Rope diameter and tolerance are parameterized. A STEP file is below.

Update 2024/12/04: I added a compact version which has the mounting screw holes inside the rope channels (onshape link). STL and STEP files are included here.

Print settings:

• Printed in PLA, although for outdoors it might be better to use a filament like ASA. 
• Three perimeters and 15% infill. 
• 0.6mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height
