Description
Custom case for the Seeed Wio Tracker L1 OLED. Very close tolerances, so you should clean up all the edges really well, and don't force it, if it's too tight, print it slightly larger so you don't break your device and then try to blame me! Requires 2 M2.5x12mm bolts and nuts or heat set inserts. Maximum battery size I have tried is the 4000mAh lipo from MakerNova. To use a thinner battery it would be a good idea to secure it so it doesn't wobble around.

Even though you don't need all those screws for this build, it's always good to have extras, and it's a lot more economical to buy the assortment than to try to get exactly what you need. If you really just want to exact amount, you might be able to get them at ACE Hardware.
FRONT
Front Nuts: Has slots for standard M2.5 nuts to hold the back cover on. A little drop of super glue will keep them in if they fall out easily before assembly.
Front Inserts: Uses M2.5 heat set inserts to hold the back cover on.
BACK
Screw Back: This one has holes for M2.5x12mm screws to hold the back cover on more securely.
Back: No holes on this one, the back cover clips on pretty tightly without any help.
PARTS
Joystick: This is the cover for the joystick. Install before putting in the case. If it's too tight to go on, size it up a percent or two at a time until it just barely fits. If it's loose, size it down. I would also recommend a tiny drop of super glue to keep it from rattling around and loosening over time.
Button: This is the cover for the menu button. Again, a tiny drop of glue would be a good idea to keep it in place, or you can keep the case face down and install the button in the case before the board.
