I'm uploading a parametric OpenScad file that allows you to generate aperiodic monotiles of this family with any values of a and b. The tiles are hollow to save time and material, and you can also choose the line width and the tile height.

I'm also uploading the STL files corresponding to the several default values that are mentioned in the paper, including the Hat tile that everyone is talking about.
