Description

This is a small footprint cleat that, together with a small diameter cord (1 or 2 mm), can be used to stow your ropes, halyards and other lines. Specially useful in a boat.

It's the smaller version of a widely spread commercial product from Barton.

It screws into a wall with a 4 mm (diameter) non-countersunk screw. The length of the cord to use depends on how big and long the rope you want to stow is. In my case I used around 30 to 40 mm of cord. Mileage may vary.

Recommended print settings

• layer height: 0.2 mm
• infill: anything above 15% should do
• perimeters: 3
• supports: yes, build plate only

I've uploaded a prepared .3mf file with all the settings pre-set, with already configured paint-on supports.
