This is a remix of the iPhone 4 version, sized for the iPhone 5.

You may want to clean it up a bit, since I've left some room to play with it's position over the lens. The reason I put that bit of play in the fit is to make sure my tilt-shift effect is always slightly different.

You'll need:

Lazer lens from a DVD, CDROM or whatever kind of 'cd' player you can stir up. I pulled a lens out of a 6 year internal dvd drive for a pc.

Print the part out, press-fit the lens into the hole and slide it onto your phone's camera corner.

I find the best distance is between 5 to 10mm while at a 45 degree angle from flat surface.
