Summary

I remixed this from a model I found on printables. The orignal one was straight, I bent it to better fix the ciruclar hole needed for Old Work electrical boxes. In my case due to contractor shenanigans the wings broke off of my kitchen light's lighting fixture 'old work' box. Rather than replace the whole box I printed these in PETG. No supports needed.
