Because these are press fit, the print size can't be too small or it will be a mess.

This isn't a remake of a version on thingiverse, it was created by altering frutiger typeface in 3dsMAX. I wanted to make a series of badges that all would fit together and all be the same size.

Print base to any size, but print letters 1-2% smaller.
For example, I printed the base at 152%
and the letters 150%
That gave me a press fit.
