I wanted a place to keep my Knipex cutters and I couldn't really find anything. This sits on top of my 3D printer as I use these are filament cutters. I checked and this also fit with the cutters that came with my Ender 3 S1, just not as nicely. This probably fits other brands of similar cutters as well. 

The stand is tilted back about 5 degrees and it meant for you to have to compress them together a bit to fit. This also helps hold them into place. But there's enough wiggle room to be able to easily remove them.

The Knipex cutters I have are part number 78 03 125, they also make a few other variants that are similar.
