A remix of the previous "lock".
It enables you to reuse the strapping you get with big boxes of stuff.
This one just requires a screwdriver to tighten it.
I have included a files for 16 mm and 20 mm strapping.
The locking tongue is the same as before, the winder is in four parts and is glued as per diagram.

The tongue is inserted as was the original unit by twisting it in place. The base is best printed flat for strength and needs minimal support. The winder parts and tongue are in the one stl file and are best also printed flat. I found it handy to use a small piece of flat metal about 1.5mm x 8mm x 50mm to assemble/ glue the winder parts around.
