Summary
Friend of mine is a ER curse here in Chicago and saw that wearing masks for days on end become an issue fighting COVID-19. Saw that a mask clip helps make it easier on the ears, but i noticed the ones i found have ruff corners so i made this.
I'm working on a design with better clips and three or four for each side. Let me know what you think and how i can make it better.
I used PETG because of its strength and flexibility, I wouldn't use TPU as the clip section doesn't look like it would hold but PLA might work just fine although more brittle than PETG

No
Resolution:
0.20 mm
Infill:
Vase mode
Notes:
With extruder steps well calibrated it prints very well in vase mode with a 0.40 mm nozzle, 1.00 multiplier, and width set manually to 0.40 mm. 235c without the cooling part on to ensure best adhesion and part strength. I didn't use rafts or skirts.
