This is a multi-Autofuse holder that provides circuit protection in a common location for up to ten circuits. This project was designed specifically for an automotive restoration project, but can be applied to other settings. The electrical components used in this project are rated for 12 Volts and 30 Amps.

Print one fuse box and 2 lids

... The flag connectors are for 10-12 gauge wire (Connectors available on ebay)

... 20 short (1/2") pieces of 10 or 12 gauge uninsulated wire will be needed

... Cutting insulation from the Female bullet connector is required
... An important step is to flatten at right angles 3 sides of the cut insulation to allow it to fit into a slot (7mm) This is because the bullet connector needs alignment with the hole, and to provide a snug fit of the assembly.
... When constructing the connectors prepare all the parts ahead of time
... Each connector will be soldered together. Be precise and keep pieces at right angles so they will align fit into the fuse box.
... When assembling the box, use an Autofuse too align and hold steady each pair in the box.
... When all connectors pairs are in place use a fast epoxy or hot glue to hold them in the box - use enough to hold the connector but do not fill the connector boxes
... The top covers are almost mirror images. Due to the variation in the alignment of the connector pairs, the lids were made to manually remove material to allow for a close fit.
... Once the tops are fitted to your pleasure, they can be glued into place; sealing the power distribution box.

The original wiring loom provided no fusing. I want to use bullet connectors; commercial boxes I could find were incompatible with my purposes.
This box is straight forward and houses the 10 pairs of flag to bullet assemblies. Assembling the electrical portion is the most tedious part of this project. See provided pictures for guidance.
