Notes:
For mine, I used my 0.6mm nozzle to print a single wall of 0.75mm. I printed 3 bottom and 3 top solid layers. I oriented the parts so that the flat side is on the print surface and rotated so that my seam is on the leading, lower edge of the part.
My parts came out to be about 17 grams, which is just a gram heavier than the original. When I printed them with a 0.6 mm wall, they came out at about 15 grams.
If your printer has difficulty printing these with a single wall and 0% infill, try it with 10% infill. They will be a bit heavier, but should be just fine in the big scheme of things.
To mount them to the wings, I drilled a few holes and used a sharp blade to scar up the plastic for better grip. I used Super 'Phatic! glue from Deluxe Materials to stick them on.
