Print two copies of the hook and one copy of the connector.
Use adhesive to attach them together. This works best when done on a flat surface that is raised to allow one pair of hooks to hang down.

The best adhesive is plumbers multipurpose adhesive for plastic plumbing pipe. (not PEX)

To get the open honeycomb pattern select the infill pattern you like and then print with no top and bottom layers.

If printed with PLA do NOT leave it in a hot vehicle.
