Summary
I designed this pill container to solve a few issues I had with commercial containers. Aside from my usual pills my wife has tacked on a bunch of vitamins and other things designed to keep me healthy and so the containers I had were jammed full and were getting stuck and difficult to extract. In addition, the lids wouldn't open fully such that it was a pain to refill small pills with big fingers from the side. The last issue is we do a months worth of pills at a time which means 4 weekly containers. I made this container stackable.
The pill container has AM/PM slots for a week. The lids are removable for easy refilling and can be reversed (or left off) after taking your pills (shown in picture) so you can easily see if you have taken your pills if you aren't sure. I have also included a picture of my previous commercial pill container so you can see the relative capacity.
If you don't have a need for such a large container but like the design I suspect you can simply compress the dimensions during slicing to get exactly what you need

Notes:
The only critical aspect of this is the fit of the lid on the container. The lid should "lock" (it is a friction "lock" near closed) in place but still be easy to open. If they are too loose other days could open if you turn the container over to remove your pills. I have had good success with this using a variety of different layer heights although sometimes I have had to clean up the lids some.
