Summary
This SpiralGlow Lamp Adapter Set is my solution to a common issue I encountered with a popular yogurt-pot-sized spiral light model that's widely available online. The problem was that my DLC format wall socket was wider than the lamp itself, leaving me with little room to tuck away the cables and no way to neatly cover up the unsightly fixings.
To address this, I designed a simple yet effective mounting system. It creates a small additional storage space inside (by distancing the lamp a few millimeters from the wall) and more broadly covers the wall area around the socket, thus concealing it better.
Included in this set are two parts:
2 holes Wall Bracket - the main mount that attaches to the wall.
Cover Cap - a decorative cap that fits over the bracket for a finished look.
For this project, I opted for Sunlu wood filament. While it's closer to plastic than actual wood, it offers a clean, durable finish that won't crumble over time.

support structures are only needed for the cover piece. For a good finish, the visible part of the cover should be oriented upwards for 3D printing.
Post-Printing
Should fit really accurately
- Firt screw the wall bracket to the wall, with the metallic lamp on top.
- Then add the cap (you may have to force a little so both 3D printed part join together).
- Enjoy
