This was a replacement knob for the rear door lock of my F-150. It is based on the ‎FODZ-5421850-A knob.

The .stl is upside down from Fusion. I just flip it 180 degrees in the slicer.

If needed the center hole can be reamed a drill bit for a more accurate fit.

Only the very top of the hole needs to thread into the smaller diameter.
