Summary
Protective sleeves for the 40mm (6.3mm diameter) Yale Standard Protection Locks.
To print the bottom and top models, use TPU in vase-mode to get a strong single perimeter continuous spiral. After printing, let the printer cool down before removing the parts. Carefully cut the bottom for the key access.
To assemble the sleeve, put the bottom sleeve onto the lock. Then, slide the top sleeve upside-down onto the lock, sliding it over and carefully slide it over the bottom sleeve.
The top sleeve is available in 15mm and 20mm to suit your needs.
Please note that these locks are meant for indoor use. However, with this sleeve, they can withstand a bit of abuse.
