For my sons birthday we want to bake some cookies in the shape of his favorite cartoon (And almost first word).
I have not printed it yet, but made the model already.
It is in two parts. First to cut the entire cookie and the second part to stencil the eys and mouth. (Hopefully it will fit)

I copied the image of Google, traced it with Online image vectorize and used it in illustrator the create a DXF which can be used in 3D studio Max to extrude the entire thing.
