This is basically a fully printed version of Bambus PTFE Tube Connector - https://eu.store.bambulab.com/en-no/products/ptfe-tube-connector-a1-mini
No hardware required, althought this is a screw-on fastener and not a quick-disconnect. The nut is tapered on the inside, to firmly hold the ptfe tube when screwed on fully.
