This is a momento mori, combing a bust of Marcus Aurelius, Emperor of Rome and noted stoic philosopher, with a human skull. (See credits.)

You will need supports for this build! Be judicious, though. If you let it go automatic prusaslicer will go overboard. The 3mf file has an exclusion set on the jawbone because pulling supports there is a lot of work, but you should roll your own to fit your printer and filament. You can probably get away with a lot less.
