Recently, I've been working on some small projects that require measuring the radius of various rounded corners. I searched MakerWorld, but couldn't find a radius gauge I liked, so I decided to make one.
So I designed this. The arcs on the sloped side have diameters of 1cm, 2cm~7cm, and the other two sides are 8cm and 9cm, with a central angle of 90° (the 9cm one is greater than 90°).
The circles on the gauge body have diameters of 2mm, 3mm~9mm, 15mm, and 25mm.
Initially, I included a 1mm circle, but the result wasn't satisfactory, so I removed it.
Generally, the smaller sizes are sufficient.
If you need more sizes, you can always print others, but it must look great!
I bought some black spray paint, hoping to achieve the look of the renderings.
