Simple velcro anchor that fits on a 3M small command strip. I made these with velcro one wrap ties in mind, but a thin zip tie might work as well. Use these for cable organization where you don't want to screw into something

Printed with PLA with default prusa slicer settings, the gap was small enough that it bridged fine without the need for any supports. You could also print it on its side if you're worried about the bridging.
