The polygonal stand has a slight circular recess on top. More important, one side has a vertical slot. The idea is, you use OpenSCAD to modify the text on the plaque (easy! - install it and try), print it flat with a color-change where the text layer begins, and slot it into the stand. Works great; sorry no picture due to the personal info on the plaque.
