My middle finger has recently developed Trigger Finger Syndrome - that is, the tendon in my hand becomes inflamed and does not easily slide into the tendon sheath in my palm, causing my finger to get stuck in the curled position. Not painful, but uncomfortable and gets in the way of fine-motor actions.

A common treatment is to hold the finger straight for an extended time to allow the inflamed tendon to relax and shrink back to size.

I designed this finger splint to do just that. It fits my middle finger perfectly, and is a bit too large for my other fingers.

This model is sized for an average Man's middle finger (hole diameter 7/8th inch). You can scale the model up or down for sizing.
