The model needs to be rescaled before printing. Set the circular section designed to hold the record approximately 0.1 mm smaller than the record’s centre hole. A diameter of 6 mm worked well for most of my records.

Print the model at 20% scale with the screw hole facing downward. PLA works well for this design. Use a single screw through the top hole to secure it, but double sided tape also works (but less secure).
