I tried doing it without moving the screen, and it collided with the wiper when the printer homed its axes. 10mm offset leaves pleny of space for probing.
The block has two internal spaces for inserting 8x4mm M5 nuts mid-print. I printed at 0.2mm layer height and added a pause at layer 36 to insert the nuts. For me the holes were a little tight, consider increasing the x-y hole compensation value in your slicer by 0.2mm - 0.5mm depending on your tolerances.
A little tip if you don't have any silicone mats for the wiper. If you have an old worn out heat-block sock you can cut a flat-ish section of that to size with scissors. That's what I did. You could probably also wrap/glue some old PTFE tube over the bracket.
This nozzle wiper allows you to wipe regardless of where you are in the print, because it only requires movement along the x-axis. No risk of accidentally crashing into your model! It also requires no modification of your printer apart from offsetting your screen. You can reach the wiper by entering M211 S0 into your g-code and move to X250 to wipe, and then M211 S1 to re-enable software endstop limits.
