This is a mount for a lapmonitor transponder for a Team Associated SR10 or DR10. For an RTR SR10 it places the transponder just inside of the passenger window, I don't have a DR10 to test it on but it should fit the chassis just fine as they are the same. Mounts using the reciever box screw closest to the center of the car, just remove the old screw and slide in a slightly longer one, or reuse the original screw if you feel like a boss. there is a lil hole in the transponder base to slide a 4" zip tie through.
