Original print, from @AlwaysTinkering ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6742412/makes ), fit pole well but threads broke when screwed into a brush. Drilled out threads and EZ-Out threads from brush. Cut print and saw it had little transition support from body to threads. Print bird-nested until thread layers had something to build on.

I modified with added structure under thread layers and added a tapered support for that extra structure to build on. Printed with PETG.

Update: Version 3. Modified again. My pole rolled off the tailgate and broke the replacement end in the middle. I had to add structure between the straight side to taper transition. Changed thread from round to a more traditional profile.
