The cog rail for moving the laser wears out on these models. Probably also works on other Technics CD players that use the same CD mechanism. One of the alignment holes, which fits onto a small peg is slightly misplaced in this version, but can be elongated with a small Dremel bit, to make it fit. Printing with resin is highly suggested. I had this printed at JLCPCB using their 8228 photosensitive resin. That is a good fit for a small mechanical part. It is not well suited for hot, outdoor or UV environments, which is good in the case of a CD player. They complained about the wall thickness being too thin, but printed it anyway and it turned out perfectly!
