My Eureka PowerSpeed vacuum was blowing out dust from the exhaust at the front. I discovered that we were missing this housing for the air filter. I couldn't find a way to get a replacement online, and I also couldn't find one on any of the maker platforms, so I took the closest one I could find and added some things to it.

In the end, after a few iterations, I found that the one that felt most optimal ended up being where the innermost ring is just barely too large in diameter so that you have to force it into the vacuum - that way it will create a seal for the air to not escape around the filter. So, play around with the dimensions if you have to. It did make a difference when I switched filiaments so be careful, because even one millimeter was making a difference.
