This is a custom fix to prevent the bowden mount on the Qidi Plus 4 toolhead from cutting the Bowden Tube when moving around.
How to install:
The original bowden mount can be extracted with some force from the original part. Then with a rotary tool and a grinding bit the diameter of the mounting point is slightly opened. This must allow the bowden mount to rotate.
Then the mount.stp file is printed out and glued arround the top of the original plastic mount.
Depending on the type of bowden fitting used in the printer the inner diameter of the ring.stp must be adjusted.
After doing that and printing lid.stp the original bowden fitting can be inserted and fixed in place with the lid.stp and two short m2 screws. now the whole bowden and bowden fitting should be free to rotate, while still be well aligned.
Alternatively if the bowden fitting is not working as supposed (had problems with filament pressure from the qidi box) and the bowden tube is not held in place well, the ring.stp could be printed and glued to the bowden tube, to securely fix the problem.
